Because the periorbital area shows signs of aging earlier than the face and neck, the majority of patients who undergo facial aesthetic surgery in our practice consider eyelid rejuvenation, including blepharoplasty, at some point in their rejuvenation plan.

Whenever possible, he prefers procedures that enhance facial volume or provide the illusion of volume enhancement. Depending upon each patient’s anatomy, fat transfers can be utilized concomitantly with a facelift or as a stand-alone procedure to assist with volume enhancement.
