Sculptra is an FDA approved dermal filler made from poly-L-lactic acid. Sculptra has been widely used since 1999 in more than 200,000 patients in over 30 countries. With a series of injections at our Med Spa in Westport Sculptra gradually stimulates collagen production resulting in a fuller, more shapely buttock.
At least two treatments are recommended and some surgeons inject Sculptra monthly until the desired lift and shape is obtained. After the initial absorption of fluid, the buttocks will subtly and gradually increase in volume, appear smoother and begin to lift, improving with each subsequent injection session.
While the exact longevity of Sculptra in the buttock is currently unknown, a three-year result-longevity with Sculptra Westport patients commonly quote at this time.

This is a 30 minute procedure performed in our office with topical anesthesia.
