Rachel Dorosh, RN is an Aesthetic Specialist with a concentration in non-surgical services including light-based and skin care solutions. As a former Head Nurse in the Yale HealthCare System, Rachel has undergone extensive training from Sciton, In Mode, ZO, Alastin, Allergan and our other premier industry partners.

Heather Goodson is a native of Fairfield County Connecticut and we’re extremely proud that she’s recently been inducted into the National Technical Honor Society. As a Registered Medical Assistant, Heather has many important roles at Total Aesthetics which focus upon working with Dr. O’Connell and the nursing staff to help tend to your every clinical need.
